Default New Episode of Pennsylvania Reloaded - Senator Mastriano's Right to Bear Arms Act

Learn about Senator Doug Mastriano*s new Right to Bear Arms Act and how it would prohibit cooperation with the enforcement of any new federal gun control laws. The philosophical and legal justification for the bill is covered through historical examples and legal precedent from Pennsylvania*s own legislative history surrounding non-cooperation with the federal Fugitive Slave Act.

Will President Potato Head lead an army into Pennsylvania to enforce Federal Law like George Washington?

Zero chance of being signed by Der Fuhrer even if legislators pass it unanimously.

Well, if the legislature passed it unanimously it wouldn't matter if Wolf vetoed it because it could be overridden. Let's get a recorded vote on this one even with a veto. It will show where our legislators really stand.

Couldn't they bypass wolf by making it a constitutional amendment?

They could, I suppose, but this isn't something I would think about as a Constitutional amendment.

Drastic times call for drastic measures. We know the Dems will derail it and going the constitutional route would take it out of their hands and I would expect it to piss them off. OTOH, it could set a bad precedent and give them ideas in the future.

These are troubled times. How will the 'future' people assess the decisions you make today?

Think about explaining to your Great Grandchild, how things came to be, and your part in it.

    Integrity matters.

Do you blame the Jews, of NAZI Germany, for not taking action?

There are forces at play, taking direct action.

(I regularly mention that, "Carnes," is a fictitious character, created for the purpose of exploring ideas.)

The lives of great men like Thomas Jefferson, John Hancock, etc. are being overwritten. I suspect any action taken today or tomorrow by true patriots will be "adjusted" by the liberal media and liberal educators, to make it appear to our grandkids to be traitorous and racist acts.
