I have lots of friends with tattoos and a lot are on the head and face. That IMO doesn't make the guy a bad guy. What makes him a bad guy is going for the rifle. He either wanted to die, and didn't have the balls to pull the trigger, or made a sudden choice and lost. Either way, see post #2.

no problem with tattoos... But his photo looks like he is a fan of thug culture and has been through the system. So him going for the rifle wouldn't surprise me.
