    Question Book on movement? Smart Move: Economy of Motion for the Shooting Sports by Kita Busse

    Has anyone read this book? Looks like an interesting take on movement and agility.

    From the description on Amazon, "This book explains efficient movement with a firearm for the practical shooting sports. If you want to be faster, this is the lowest hanging fruit to cut down your times. There are plenty of illustrations and drills included by world-class movement coach Kita Busse."

    I don't see much about it online, but she's got some YouTube videos.

    By providence he came out with a new book, Practical Shooting Training last month. Picked up a copy on Amazon.
