While components are hard to come by they are out there. Maybe not at a cost we are used to but still cheaper than new.

Then what? I'm guessing BP is a hard to find as smokeless right now.

This is a good topic. My flintlock uses pellets, or BP. I should grab a pound or two of 2 or 3 f

BP is easy to make, Ive made plenty back in the day. Melt some wheel weights,
and there ya go.

Agreed in everyday life. In a SHTF world there is always wiggle room.
