A black powder substitute can be made from sugar, salt peter, and rust.

I'm set for life, but its not worth selling yet.
Can get a bucket of ww for $20.
Weight of usable alloy has diminished with each bucket over the years.
Yield previously averaged 80# or so.
Not worth the agony of sorting anymore for what you get.
It ain't what they call you, it's what you answer to.

I've recently watched some YinzTube videos of guys "reloading" primers. Tedious is not a strong enough word.

I stared at a few spent primers on my reloading bench and .... well let's hope it never gets this bad.

I put a tin roof over it to shed the snow n rain.

I screw another piece of chipboard over the front when it gets too holy. Holey.? That one.
I have no exit holes through the back yet , shooting 308 and 300 wsm.

I mined it once about 8 years ago

Got 50 lbs of lead as i recall.

Depending on where you live you might find some at a junk yard for about $1 but most junkyards don't want to deal with you. Especially around Philadelphia.
Many of the stick on lead wheel weights are dead soft lead
