I certainly wouldn't call the sheriff and ask if you can get your LTCF.
Giving them that info up front could give them the time to come up with a reason to deny.

Seriously though. There is no question on the form about sight. You should proceed as anyone else would, show up to hand over your form and pay your money and go from there.

For sure. This is what I was getting at - don't ask don't tell. If they happen to say something when you go to pick it up just say mind your own business in a polite way.
