Default HB 361 Municipal Gun Control

Changing the Preemption clause to read:

    Regular Session 2021-2022
    House Bill 361
Short Title: An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for limitation on the regulation of firearms and ammunition; and, in general provisions relating to home rule and optional plan government, further providing for limitation on municipal powers.
    Prime Sponsor: Representative ISAACSON
Last Action: Referred to JUDICIARY, Feb. 3, 2021 [House]
    Memo: Local Regulation of Firearms

    a) General rule.--[No county, municipality or township]
Except as provided in subsection (a.4), no political subdivision
    And this is the authorization:

(a.4) Exception.--A political subdivision may, by ordinance,
regulate the possession, transfer or transportation of firearms,
ammunition or ammunition components when carried or transported
on any property owned, operated or maintained by the political
subdivision, including, but not limited to:

    (1) Buildings.
    (2) Parks.
    (3) Conveyances or vehicles.
My objection is because the clause operated or maintained ,,,,but NOT limited to, will be pushed to include public streets or roads.

This shit will never stop until the constitutions are regarded as law.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

I just read key points of Wolfs budget and in the last point was Voter intimidation. No guns allowed in polling places.
