    Default Local club 50/50 legality

I’m thinking about doing a 50/50 raffle to get some new steel targets for my pistol club. Since it is a for profit organization, what’s the legal loopholes? I believe “normal” PA games of chance is only for non-profits and clubs that serve liquor(we don’t).

If you aren't an "eligible organization", you're pretty much shit out of luck legally. Eligible organizations are pretty much limited to non-profit orgs.

You could always start a non profit to help fund training and education and safety of firearms owners.
