    What if you just start the tumbler for another 30 min and see if it comes off?

    I have a feeling that will fix it. 3/4 of a cap of Nufinish is not an excessive amount (especially for a first loading). One thing I do find is that if you just dump it in the liquid can form a "ball" with the media that can time to break up when tumbling (think making gravy). When I add a capfull I briefly mix it in to the media by hand till the ball is gone. Then after a brief tumble everything is dispersed evenly.

    Probably should also take into consideration the size of the unit.
    One tumbler I use for small batches can only hold 100 or so cases.
    Doesn't take much polish.
    Gotta experiment and find the sweet spot.
