    It takes 2min with a dremel and file to turn a fa safety into a semiauto one.... I dont use the safety so I've never had an issue

    Good time to upgrade to an enhanced safety lever especially if you plan to use the rifle a lot as it’s much easier to use and don’t have to break your grip to use.

    This is the way out. Unless you wanted an excuse to buy a new safety lever.

    This is probably the way to go, there isn't that much of a difference between the two.

    If that were true there wouldn’t be so many poorly built AK’s out there that literally beat themselves apart.
