Short answer is if you are forbidden from possessing firearms , you have no business applying for membership in a GUN club.

Especially if he doesn't have a driver's license.

I would add that a PRIVATE club has NO obligation of fairness to any applicant, other than a legal responsibility to NOT discriminate.

I*m a director at my club and participate in the annual vetting process whereby we pre-screen applicants to be presented to the general membership for a vote.

This bill has to do with gun ranges that RENT firearms to be used at that range.

This was stated in the first minute of the vid.

Did you read the Bill? I can't find any reference to rental guns, or ranges in the bill he alluded to. If you can, please quote it.

Yes actually , because we ask for a valid PA drivers license as ID during the application process!

Also a good way to determine which political party they are registered as.
