Philadelpia Now Accepting LTCF Applications via Website
As of yesterday, the Philadelphia police gun unit is accepting LTCF applications via the Permitium website.
Email applications will no longer be accepted."You gotta be alive to get paid."

Ahh your right. Doing it this way they can harvest IPs tied directly to personal cell numbers for 24/7 tracking with that software/hardware combo that doesnt exist
But I dun kno nuff'n bout no publically traded and internationally commercially available technologies that have existed for 15+ years that does exactly what I speak of, that certain members of Philadelphia "police dept" was sent overseas for training on.

Interesting point, if this is a third party that is not part of the Sheriff's office, or the L&I office in Philly, that would mean that persons that operate that site would have access to the information. The question is, is merely having access the crime, or is revealing it the crime?
