Having worked in a sporting goods store in Ledgewood NJ, Ramseys, and worked in the gun dept we never carried or sold any air guns, not even daisies toy pop guns. One guy brought in a 1930's German single shot break action pellet rifle, looked like a shutzen type and wanted to trade it in on a .22, the store manager would not even touch it. Found out later you could buy them but you needed the NJ Firearms ID, nobody sold them because you could drive to PA or NY state and buy them at sears, 2guys and dept type stores in the toy department.

Just the thought of defending yourself could land you in prison.

3/4ths of an oz or less is legal...

A few of my co-workers are disappointed that WalMart stopped selling Pistol calibers as most of them stocked up in Bristol before returning over the river to New Jermany.

One can't carry in PRNJ. This thing looks, holsters and fires like an actual firearm, so carrying it would likely get you shot by the popo, or by some perp who's also armed, but with a real gun.
