I picked up a 90 223 rounds with a Sentry hexmag 30 rounder and a plano .50 cal field box for $79. Had to buy something, almost caved on a springfield 1911 range officer .45 but managed to control myself.

In boxes gathering dust and I’m cool with that. Worst case scenario I can sell them at a minimum for what I paid if not more. Or my son will be set for life . But they are something it is better to have and not need than to need and not have.

If they have it their way, this might be the only way mags can be transferred, without using FFL.

    I just bought (2) 5 round mags for my PA10 and (2) 10 rounders.

Damn you guys for making me panic.

Seriously. I just dropped $200 on another mag for each major handgun platform that has a 10+ round standard cap.

I don't feel the need for 10 rounders right now. What's your thought process there? If 10+ rounders are banned then there won't be a supply of 'compliant' mags for range use?

My thought on the 5 rounders were just for potential hunting use if semis become legal.

The 10s were just for range use off bags where higher caps are too llong, not due to any possible limitations.

Can*t speak for anyone else. I*ve bought some 10 rounders recently. Not in fear of a ban but to help me regulate myself at the range. With the price of ammo I am reducing the amount I shoot. Only having 10 round mags does help me with that especially if I want to do a mag dump just for the hell of it. Plus I often switch guns with others at the range to try out different guns. I would rather hand someone a gun with 10 rounds than 30 these days because of the price of ammo. (I normally pre load mags at home and take them to the range rather than load them at the range)

On top of that I have found i like the profile and weight of the 10 round mags. I have plenty of 30 round mags and will never be wanting of any, but I am liking the 10 round mags also.
