    There is regulation for loaded guns on boats. If motorized, cant be loaded until engine is stopped and forward momentum has ceased. If by sail, sail must be furled.

    Hunting ducks/geese from boats is common. PA's Fish & Boat, and Game Commission, laws/regulations allow for guns on boats under the guidelines I mention above.

    A LTCF would be required for "firearms" regardless of hunting/fishing activities.

    Yes, you have to be stopped to begin shooting. The places I used to hunt you were only allowed electric motors. It was interesting to watch quail hunting with pointers from horseback. They did have a ground person to handle the dogs and retrieve the birds.

    Can you attach a motor to a horse? I believe the law says you can not have a loaded rifle in a vehicle. A horse isn't a vehicle. You can't be arrested for DUI on a horse. So I would think the same principle would apply to carrying a loaded rifle.

    you better have the horse use to gun fire or if you shoot your in for one hell of a ride .

    You can definitely be arrested for dui on a horse
