If you have to get a Criminal Access and Review it will be a while unless a lawyer has a way of getting them quicker than a non-lawyer getting their own. ScotsGuards indicates that there were more than 4 years in between offenses so that 3 in 5 doesn't sound like it should come into play. I am interested to hear how it finishes up.
