The fact of the matter is that Act 77 is unconstitutional and should be struck down as was Marsy's law recently. Funny thing, I asked both Joe Ciresi and Katie Muth what they thought proper punishment would be for legislators who violated our Constitution and refused to undo it and neither one responded to the question.

FYI! If you take the time to read ACT 77 as passed you'll find near the very end of the document a provision that specifically cedes the authority to render decisions in the case of questions or controversies to PA Supreme Court! Want it changed? Jump in your Representative's and Senators shit until they do!

    (2) The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has exclusive jurisdiction to hear a challenge to or to render a declaratory judgment concerning the constitutionality of a provision referred to in paragraph (1). The Supreme Court may take action it deems appropriate, consistent with the Supreme Court retaining jurisdiction over the matter, to find facts or to expedite a final judgment in connection with such a challenge or request for declaratory relief.
