That's the part I would fear. I have enough that I don't have any reason to buy more. It's loosing the right to carry legally that blows.
    You're a sanctimonious hypocrite of a bible-spouting blackmailer !

You lose the right to keep the ones you already have too. The oft seen "You can keep what you have, but can't buy more" is not correct. "Legal" use of mj is still a federal prohibitor for *possession* of guns and ammo, not just additional purchases and carry.

Neighbor's minor son had med issues and got the card. They were told to remove all firearms from the home.

Not citing any legal precedence but just what he told me to see if I was interested in any of them.

It depends on what for. If the crime was declared a breach of the peace, yes.

And, which county. Allegheny County Sheriff department has statutory powers like municipal police.

It's BS. My neighbor who is fighting cancer can't get medical, because he would lose his CDL if found out. They can't give him most narcotics for pain killers, because of constitution issues with them (collar/rectal cancer). He's just suffering through it at the moment, when medical MJ would probably be a help for him.

Sometimes laws need to be ignored.
