Their foot is on the gas full throttle right now and they won't let up. unlike the GOP who sat with their thumbs up their asses for 2 fukin years when Trump took office and did absolutely nothing other than REEEEEE over ORANGE MAN BAD, the dimms will ram as much legislation through the house and senate as they can before anyone has a chance do jack shit about it.

Look how fast the fbi and dhs took to track down the so called "domestic terrorists" that were in the capitol last wednesday.

How much effort did those 2 agencies put into tracking down pantifa and blm "protestors" that burnt looted and murdered for over half of last year? Hell they pushed back against going into portland to stop the "mostly peaceful protesters" from torching a federal courthouse. And half the country are assisting these 3 letter agencies track down people from last week from doxxing them on social media.

Which is why I am advocating pressing our foot(feet) on top so they cannot back off the throttle once they go too far. Drive it off the cliff. Show the country what they really want.

The reason they are so scared of Trump rallies, why they desperately want to try to ram through a 25th amendment deal or impeachment, is because they KNOW they cheated, they KNOW it's going to come out in a way that even ordinary couch potatoes will recognize sometime in the next 2-4 years (nobody can keep that kind of secret), and they KNOW Trump doesn't plan to go away. Nightmare scenario for both sides of the uniparty is that he makes another run for 2024, because right now, I personally think he may. Dude seems like a grudge kind of guy.

It's going to be tough for him to make any run in 2024 unless he builds out his own platforms after he's out of office. The precedent being set right now is Trump will soon be deplatformed like Alex Jones and wiped away unable to have a voice.

I'm one of those that truly, truly believes that Obama rudely mocking him at the correspondents dinner - was it 2011? - played a large part in him deciding he was going to be the god damn president.

Another depressing issue which will greatly impact a citizen's ability to keep their 2nd Amendment is the push by the new "Administration" to have DC and Puerto Rico be admitted as States in the Union. That would be 4 more liberal Senators and it could be decades before we would ever see a Republican lead Senate. I know we all see there will a fight on many fronts.

The easiest path for them to control guns is to tax to the moon.... ammo. Lead delivery systems don't mean anything without the means to supply them affordably. It could be crafted along the same line as the cigarette tax and a huge pile of lemmings would jump onboard. I hope I'm wrong, but Obummer was already going this direction before he left office. If the price goes to $4 or $5 per round, not too many average people would be able to afford shooting as a hobby.

As batshit nuts as I think 'they' are, there's no way I see DC or PR becoming recognized states before the midterms. I know Manchin (for one) would definitely vote against it (otherwise he'd never be able to go home again) and *I think* there might be another dem senator or two left who aren't all aboard the jim jones kool aid train.
