Thanks a lot for starting this thread!!! Now I went and bought another Poly 80 frame. I ordered a green 19 size. I have an fde Strike 80 frame that I haven't started yet. I have gathered all of the parts for that, just need to get started on it. That will be my first.

My parts kit shipped and is in the Philly USPS distribution center.
So I should probably see it at my door in 6 to 12 weeks.

I saw them at the Oaks gun show lying to customers. Telling them some bullshit that wasn't true. There are plenty of other vendors that sell P80 items that are more reputable.

dremel is tough to get that channel honestly this works great but some advice drop in the front rails and use that as your guide for width you want to trim the front flush with the sides of the locking block. I trim out what I can before using a dremel or anything else. Here is the set up I have though works great for tighter spots
