    Default Cannot oc a rifle while in a wheelchair?? Or have a loaded long gun in a wheelchair??

    Was I formed that under PA law it's illegal to have a loaded long gun in a wheelchair as it fits the mode of transport description in PA. VANT HUNT NOW UNLESS I ISE A HANDGUN???

    Just keep the rifle unloaded until parked.

    Have killed the majority of my dear while going to and from the stand and doesn't matter parked or moving no loaded long guns in vehicles.

    Is a wheelchair really a vehicle? It's a direct replacement for walking where one is not physically able to walk. I'd love to see a jury convict you for that one...

    There is an exception written into the hunting laws allowing a long gun on a wheelchair.

    Also, 6106.1 specifically mentions title 34 exceptions as pertaining to hunting.
