Funny how freedom requires licensing and fees. And an attorney in the back pocket.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Only for motorized ones, not for manually powered versions.

OP, only a lawyer can answer your question.

However, it would seem discrimination that a disabled individual in a wheelchair is not afforded the same rights as an able bodied person. I am able bodied. I can OC a rifle or shotgun. When I hunt I can carry a loaded rifle or shotgun. Upland hunting would be damn hard unless the shotgun was loaded when the birds are flushed.

IANAL but ADA would seem to extend to hunting and a person in a wheelchair, motorized or not. In the workplace ADA demands accommodations to disabled individuals, why not in the field?
Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?

Meaning you’d better have a LTCF if you’re traveling around your house in your vehicle.
At some point you just say fuck it and practice civil disobedience. With a decent defense, the probability of jury nullification is very high. And then sue afterwards.

A lawyer I trust greatly Mr Prince was the one that advised me of this issue.
