OP, only a lawyer can answer your question.
However, it would seem discrimination that a disabled individual in a wheelchair is not afforded the same rights as an able bodied person. I am able bodied. I can OC a rifle or shotgun. When I hunt I can carry a loaded rifle or shotgun. Upland hunting would be damn hard unless the shotgun was loaded when the birds are flushed.
IANAL but ADA would seem to extend to hunting and a person in a wheelchair, motorized or not. In the workplace ADA demands accommodations to disabled individuals, why not in the field?Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?

A lawyer I trust greatly Mr Prince was the one that advised me of this issue.
