    Looked at my bank account this morning and there is a $1200 deposit from IRS Treasury ($600 each for me and wife). I thought they were still debating this stimulus money?

    Toomey was on CNN the other day. What a POS!! He says only people who have lost income should get checks, and is against the 2K payment.

    Already spent a majority of my share. First check earlier this year went to getting set up for reloading and savings. This time around it went towards parts for a new AR.

    In a way , I agree. I got both payments , but the pandemic hasn't cost me any lost time/pay at work , and actually got me a bit of OT.

    I know people who haven't worked a day in years and have been on welfare/public assistance/Sect.8 since before this shit started. Do they deserve it?

    But it's an economic stimulus. To stimulate the economy.

    I stimulated the economy by spending more on Ebay and Amazon , and putting the $600 on my credit card balance.
