I hate that i have to ask. But they make everything else unnecessarily complicated, so why would this be any different?

And yes, even if they are withdrawing... I'm sure it is just regrouping.

I believe their thought process is figuring that there is an inevitable AW ban coming at a federal level.

Might want the read those 6000 pages of the COVID relief bill a little closer.

A temporary set back for gun banners. Remember 81 million voting machines and mail in ballots voted for more gun control.

Glad to see Rep. Fred Keller on that list.

Looks like Rep Scott Perry developed a yellow streak and his name is absent from the list. Will have to file this little tidbit away for the 2022 primary season.

I suspect the ATF dogs got called off for fear of giving the GOP talking points for the GA Senate runoff.

I expect the ATF will revisit this soon, if the DNC takes control of the Senate. A law will have more teeth than a regulatory change, and will put Gun Grabbers in a better standing in a case before SCOTUS.

As for our odds with SCOTUS, it seems most justices have more allegiance to the Deep State than the Constitution, or conservative principles.

I could be wrong, but something "smells bad" about the ATF retreating on this.

not necessarily, buying one and giving a shit are two separate things... if you were them, you would want a list of ppl who 'give a shit' to focus on first and make an example of if/ when the air is right.

Where is FitzPatrick?? The gun owner's friend? I guess he has good reason to not join in. I'd like to hear it. On second thought, no I wouldn't.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.
