    I hope the ATF pulls this back and admits defeat, but until i see something in writing I would be careful.

    I just checked the website below and do not see anything indicating the ATF had changed their mind, take a look yourself:

    The only status I see is the following:

    "This document has a comment period that ends in 12 days. (01/04/2021) "

    Just my opinion, keep responding and hammering at it....

    That implies giving in. I would re-evaluate your stance on this issue if you want to continue protecting your liberties. I think the ATF and the DOJ did this to test the water temperature (I have said for a LONG time that Barr is anti-gun) and they will be back- next time ignoring everything that they do not agree with.
