Places to plink?
I live in Centre County and was wondering if there were any hideaway places '(old quarry, rail yards,..etc) to go shooting on the weekends, BESIDES the usual, membership only, or gamelan ranges.
I am a responsible and considerate sportsman,...who would not leave trash, or destroy property etc.
I used to live down South and there were lots of old spots out in the middle of nowhere that you could go,...but I don't know alot of people around my area yet,...so, I was just wondering maybe someone here would clue me in, if there exists such spots? TIA.
