I need a good attorney to fight a 302
Hello, I'm from Johnsonburg and my bipolar wife called the police on me during an argument. Never touched her but she said she was scared. Anyway I need a lawyer to fight a 302 which I didn't know I would lose my guns. Either did she. Now on the second day of my stay in mental health an experienced patient told me to sign myself in to change it to a 201 and it will be easier to beat the 302 so I did but I haven't been able to get my medical records from the hospital. I didn't know my rights. I was evaluated by a P.A. on a zoom call and couldn't hear the PA very well and she asked me if I wanted to sign myself in and I said why would I do that. I'm not crazy. We were having an argument. I need advice please on a lawyer that has beat this before.

Here is a page on FOAC for lawyers who specialize in firearms. You might find one near you on the list. One of the lawyers is named Phil Kline who is a moderator here. You may want to contact him. Even if he is not in your area he might be able to point you in the right direction.
