POP QUIZ . . . Identify this odd pistol!
A friend of mine recently inherited this odd pistol and asked me to identify it. I'm frankly at a loss as it looks like a vintage revolver, but all but one of the cylinders is blocked off. Anybody know what this thing is?
My only guess is a Savage 101 .22 revolver.

That was my first guess, but he said that the bore is clear and it does in fact fire a projectile on target.
