Stag and Midwest should each be bumped up a tier. And I'm sure other things could be adjusted, but here it is:

I think Colt and Sig should be downgraded. I would upgrade Aero, Spikes, CMMG, and Midwest.

Yup. But as mentioned before - if you need an AR in today's market, getting a higher 'tier' is advisable because of the panic market's markup on lower prices options.

Btw this is also true of ammo right now ... $0.80 for XM855 or $1.00 for creedmoor 5.56 77gr Otm.... No brainer.
