I use a Blade Tec ratchet belt. Best idea in belts I have ever seen.

I wonder if all these ratchet belts are really the same company with difference faces for specific demographics.

This is business of the future.
Then when one brand gets canceled you dont lose everything.

To my knowledge Kore was the 1st.

I use a Magpul Tejas belt...they go on sale from time to time... Sturdy and blends in as a regular dress belt as well.

Yep, and their early belt buckles sucked. They got bound up, the edges were sharp AF, and the release would pop with the slightest pressure causing the belt to come loose. I bought one when they first introduced them. I contacted them about the issues I was having and the response back was "No one else is having this problem." Not "sorry" or "how can we help." Turns out, lots of people had the same problem and they eventually redesigned the buckle. I understand it's much better. But after their shitty customer service, I won't buy anything from them again.

Nexbelt makes a better buckle/belt, IMO.

My previous belt was a Big Foot it lost its spring steel rigidity after a year and a half for me which is why I switched to Kore. Before it wore out it was a pretty good belt.

As I mentioned elsewhere, I just got the Kore nylon belt. One black and one tan with one buckle.

I love the ratcheting system, so much better than belts with holes.

My only complaint is I find their buckles uninspiring. They're either really plain or made to look like a buckle from a more traditional or different style belt. The cheap chinese buckles/belts on Amazon have some really good looking buckles. I want to see them expand their offerings.

I agree and I would like to see a woman’s line of bels from them too.

If you want to go with a standard buckle belt, find an Amish harness shop.

I needed a belt modified because of the weight I lost and went to a harness shop run by an Amish family. While he was fixing my belt, I saw a racks with belts on them. They had both single and double thickness belts. I found one in my size and a nice dark burgundy color that said "Blem" on it and looked it over very carefully to see if I could spot the blemish. It took me a good five minutes to see something and it almost couldn't be seen unless you were 6 inches away. (and if someone is staring at my belt from that close I would be real concerned). He verified that was the blem, and to him and other long time leather workers it stood out like a beacon. Well it was a double thickness belt, does not sag in the least bit and holds everything very securely. Oh, it cost me $15.00 (and the cost to fix my old belt was $5.00).
