I can't recall any other firearm that depreciated like the XDS did. People can't give those damn guns away.....

It's one of the few guns I've had that I did not like. I really liked my springfield xd subcompact and was excited to get an xds. It did not feel good in my hand, I did not shoot well with it, and just generally was disappointed. I wound up trading it to my brother for some plumbing work he did for us. He likes it better than I did.

It's completely outclassed by the Hellcat and P365 nowadays. And it's a bit chunkier than something like the G43, Shield or LC9s. Overall it's just not a popular gun now but there's nothing wrong with it at all.

Thanks! I was watching some on Gunbroker. Like everything else, they went up in price enough that I probably won*t buy one.

Been carrying my XDS .45 3.3 for over two years now. Cycles everything I've fed it, only complaint, the magazines, the spring is too heavy which makes it a PIA to load. I like the loaded chamber indicator on the top of the slide, easy to feel. Came with two mags, a 5 shot'r and a 6 shot'r, I bought two more 7 shots mags. Used it twice so far for a round in the ground to deter pushy black bears. I'm comfortable with it and for every day carry is fine with me.

I have an XDs45 3.3 and like it a lot 2dogs. With the +1 six round factory mag it fits me like a glove. It did take a few magazines to get dialed in on the trigger. I'd describe it as a little on the crisp side,, but its a carry gun not a competition gun so I prefer that.

Picked it up brand new and so far around 200 rounds with no issues.
