It's not entirely meaningless. Here is why. We actually got a recorded vote in both the House and Senate. This is a good way to figure out who is really for or against us in the legislature. The way the pols vote during legislative season is tied to their grades, endorsement considerations, and candidate support/opposition in election season. Without recorded votes, we would really have no idea where politicians stand on our gun rights save for public statements and survey information (if they answer it).
