    Default Secure it gun lockers

    Anyone have experience?

I*m looking at these two products

    https://www.secureitgunstorage.com/p...ight-gun-safe/

    https://www.secureitgunstorage.com/p...quantity_138=1

But really leaning towards the 2nd one. What we have now isn*t really ideal for fast access to our long guns, but also is really just a cheap locked cabinet.

    I have an agile 52. It's a heavy cabinet, not a safe.

Pros> light, easy to assemble, adjustable brackets for different lengths, accessories, keeps the kids and the honest out. very nice cabinet

Cons> not a safe, light, can probably be opened by ripping off the wall and jumping on it real hard.

Better than a stack on cabinet. Not as good as a safe. Although, most safes can be opened with a wrecking bar.

On sale you can snag these for $280 (less if you have an SW credit card and take the 15% back in points). So far so good on the one I bought. 218lb of fire rated steel. Fits all my long funs. Only real gripe I have is that I need to remove the shelf or move it up to an unusable position to get anything over a 22” barrel in, and it could stand to have a better door organizer that holds more than 2 handguns

Personally, I wouldn't depend on either for any sort of security.

Nor would I waste my time or money on either of those.

I learned many, many years ago to not waste my money (or time) on cheap firearms or safes.

I also want that 15 minutes back, as that was the dumbest video I've ever seen on Gun Safes.

I guess if that was all I had for firearms, and Glock junk for handguns, I probably would agree, however.............

As to getting in via the sides of safes, I will agree with him, HOWEVER, when people buy quality safes, they usually (anyone with an ounce of common sense and that did their homework before buying) understands/knows that, and will have them placed so the sides are not accessible (or at least not easily accessible), and you have your safes bolted to the floor.

As to the "electronic locks", there isn't a chance in H*LL I'd own one, nor would anyone who again, did their homework properly.

I guess it comes down to what you've invested in your firearms, if you have junk, a junk safe is just fine..............

if there going to make them to replace the heavy safe they should be cheaper because of shipping costs save cost of the lack of dry wall .

He's a YouTuber who had a review of the product the OP asked about. Whether you liked it or not, I don't care. As for the rest, you've got it all figured out, so nothing more needs to be said.
