Forming militias to defend the Constitution may not only be unlawful, but downright treasonous according to one historian and legal analyst.

patrick charles the Senior Historian for U.S. Special Operations Command, told CBS News that the civilian-led militias in Virginia that have emerged in direct response to Democratic efforts to infringe on gun rights over the past several years may be betraying the very country they claim to be protecting.

"Legal scholars" who tell us that the National Guard took the place of the 2nd Amendment militia, are incompetent and should be disbarred.

Also, at one point it was illegal to hide Jews from the death squads.

In socialist countries, it's illegal to leave the country and "steal" the education and upbringing that Big Brother invested in you.

At various times in the USA, it was illegal for a slave to escape, illegal to help a slave escape, illegal to marry outside your race, illegal to be gay, illegal for women to vote, illegal to resist being drafted and sent off to kill or die.

In NJ today, it's illegal to buy a pellet gun over the counter without state approval.

It was certainly illegal for the subjects of the King to rebel and demand representation in Parliament.

As the Democrats will find out, when one party rigs the game so that they are immune to the laws they promulgate, justice requires that the people eventually rise up and seek justice outside the game. Partisans caught up with Mussolini, Russians got within spitting distance of Hitler, but there was nothing in the laws of Italy or Germany that could punish either asshole for what he did.

The really weird part is that the woke folk who most strongly object to us being armed and ready, are the same idiots who strongly support ACTUAL violence committed by BLM and Antifa. They're the ones who uttered not a peep when a Bernie Bro shot up a baseball field full of Republicans. But they need a fainting couch when hundreds of Americans show up merely holding guns.
