Is it just me? Veterans' Day

1st off, I'm not a Vet, but I support our armed forces, past, future and present.

Our usual ceremony is obviosly tomorrow morning.

Feeling the need to carry a bit heavier this year. Small town, lots of gun folks, but still...I'm feeling like it could be a soft (but mistakable) target.

Mistakable in as much as if something happened, and made the news (the caveat), would really be bad for the left. Would also suck for us.

When you say "Is it just me?" are you referring to a fear that there will be an incident of violence at your local Veterans day celebration?
How did you do it in 2019?

Had to work last year...just curious as to the climate.

I think everyone is on high alert right now and for good reason. Nothing wrong with being alert and prepared.

It's moot...they canceled due to weather...ran into the Commander of the American Legion this morning.
