Arrow Decent ranges in, or near, Chester County?

With French Creek gone, I am looking for a range to go to. Hopefully, one that not only allows pistols, but rifles & shotguns too.

Do I have any options without traveling too far and/or joining & paying dues? I don't go enough to make that worth it for me.

What's gone about French Creek Range? Did they close it?

Oh, you're talking French Creek Outfitters, I thought you were talking about the public range on game lands in French Creek. Did French Creek Outfitters let you shoot rifles and shotguns in there?

I've been a member of Kimberton Fish & Game for 25 - 30 years, and I've been very happy. Met lots of great guys and my regular shooting buddies. Every Sunday with the same bunch, now, for about 15 years. Well-worth a "lookie-see".

The public range at French Creek SGL fits your requirements. A valid hunting license is required to shoot there, that's it. 25/50/100 yrd and allows rifles, shotgun, handguns.

You can also buy a range permit from the Pennsylvania Game Commission. See their web site.

Just sent them a message on the website. I've been banging my head against a wall trying to find a decent range to join for over a year. It really shouldn't be this hard.
