Carrying while small game hunting

A Sportsman*s Permit is not required for hunting. In fact, the Sportsman*s Permit is not mentioned anywhere in any game law.

The SP is only found in the crimes code and it*s purpose is to be used for transportation or concealment if the person does not have a LTCF.

I have to agree with Steve in PA. I was going to get one many, many years ago. That is pretty much how an SP was explained to me at the Court House(Lehigh). What was worse was you had to have the serial numbers of all the handguns you might use.
