There must have been something with people that just registered.

They did the first time you voted. They checked the book to make sure you were eligible. If you already voted by mail, you were turned away. You signed the book. You voted in a place that had poll workers of both parties in attendance, and possibly poll watchers too. You were turned away if you came after 8:00 PM. There were many safeguards in place to prevent fraud, and all of those went out the window in the convention centers in Pittsburgh and Philly where the mail-in ballots were processed.

When I showed up in person and told them who I was and went to hand them my ID I was told it wasn’t necessary. I had to force the guy in Kutztown to check my ID when the book stated next to my name it was required: I’ve never voted at this polling place before and just moved into this district in July. Makes me wonder how many other people they didn’t check that were supposed to be checked here...

I handed the lady my ID. I was asked to stand 6 feet back and she was behind plexiglass. Rather than yell my name, I just passed her my ID and stepped back. In previous elections, I didn't need ID, but they verified though a signature match. The only time I need ID was my first time voting in Pennsylvania.

In my precinct, you have to show ID if it is your first election while living there. When I was asked for ID, I produced my LTCF since it is issued by the government, has my photo, address and signature. It raised a few eyebrows, but was eventually accepted.

I had to show id each time and I have gone the same place for years, showed my drivers license.
Hmmmm.....I was forced to wear a mask also..........which begs the question how did they know who I was anyways....LOL

Oh thats right...nobody cares about who I was to verify that my vote is valid.
