Re: Lawsuits being filed have enough evidence for Trump to win Pennsylvania
We're all playing lawyers here, I guess. OK, I'll play.
WE DO NOT HAVE TO PROVE ANY FRAUD TOOK PLACE.
The PA state legislature (and presumably those in MI, as well) created election laws that REQUIRE (not suggest, require) that observers from both parties be given free and clear access to the entire vote canvassing process, precisely so that there will be no basis for assuming fraud. The observer REQUIREMENT is essential to proving the election is fair and unbiased. The burden of proof is on those who counted the votes and refused to follow the law with regard to allowing observers into the canvassing areas to prove that there was no fraud. Preventing the legally required, trained and appointed observers from having access is sufficient to invalidate the election.
Why is seemingly everyone around here buying into the Democrat line of argument?
That said, there is a metric shit-ton (technical term) of mathematical evidence that there was vote fraud, as well as anecdotal evidence from people involved in the process who will swear to it. The standard of proof is not that we have to point to any particular ballot and "prove" it's fraudulent. Stop parroting the Democrat reasoning.

Re: Lawsuits being filed have enough evidence for Trump to win Pennsylvania
I am not disputing the possibility that there is some evidence of collusion or conspiracy to commit fraud on the laptop, just the idea that even if something is found, it will be somehow used to cast aspersions on the claim of Biden to the presidency. No one who matters cares about investigating the laptop. It was reported that there are images of Hunter Biden with the underage daughter of what's his name Coombs on it, and the media won't ask a single question. My point is, the laptop needed to be used much more actively before the election, as it's power has been significantly diminished now. What we have to count on now is exposing the fraud directly related to actual vote and ballot manipulation.
The laptop may prove to be the undoing of Joe Biden, which I vigorously hope for, but it will not be the thing that keeps him from the White House. All my opinion of course.Power always thinks...that it is doing God's service when it is violating all his laws.

Re: Lawsuits being filed have enough evidence for Trump to win Pennsylvania
Lookslike media has decided this one. They, including FOX, are referring to Biden as The President Elect. How will they roll it back if the ballots counted after the shut-off date are found to be invalid, and other shenanigans, putting Trump back on top?
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Philadelphia has destroyed all ballot envelopes.
This will make identifying naked ballots and ballots arriving post election impossible. It will also make finding fraud in an audit very hard.
