This is what they are doing while you are distracted with the votes.
This is what they do because they have stolen an election. This is just one more step to the full on leftist and NWO dictatorship. Obama said multiple times that he wanted and domestic defense force "as well armed and funded as our military". He did not completely achieve it but made a good start. This is how it will be done at the State level.

This is the armed component to enforce contract tracing and eventually mandatory vaccines. It is right in there. The interstate mutual assistance is about forming a Commonwealth standing army to cooperate with NY, CT, NJ, RI, MA etc. The little regional sub-government that Wolf and the other Democrat Governors entered into to design and enforce the lockdown, travel restrictions and mask wearing. This is the totalitarianism they have all been working for. The House and Senate were intended to be stolen too. Not just Shapiro's tidy little piece of fascism run out of the AG's office. Were that to happen, this would be law and they would be building it out as a priority item.

BTY it bans all .50 cal or greater ammo. Better turn in your Brown Bess and Civil War muskets.

EVERY PART OF THIS BILL IS BAD.
Here is the great part! It establishes the "just following orders" defense granting nearly complete immunity for following orders and killing people with their high powered ammunition.

"Except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence or bad faith, neither the participating political subdivisions nor their employees shall be liable for the death of or injury to persons or for damage to property when complying or attempting to comply with the system."
