It is trying to turn PA into NJ in regards to ammo laws, except NJ allows you to own said ammo in the home and use only for hunting/range - which makes things WORSE than NJ. This bill strips the people of said ammo with no provision for hunting, protection, collecting, etc. Then after said action, creates a "defense force" which members of which can get licensed after going through criminal, physical, and mental checks. It grades the violation as a 1st Degree Misdemeanor which in turn strips you of your 2A rights.
