When the fascists cut your video feed or hang you by the neck until you're dead, your right to speech or your right to life has been taken.

There is no natural mechanism to protect rights. The universe doesn't alter itself to enforce what you or we believe to be "natural rights", the way the temporal continuum is sometimes said to defend itself from time travel.

For most of human history, possibly all of human history, your right to live is subject to your closest stronger neighbor choosing not to kill you. The USA has been a staggeringly successful exception, to the point that people born and raised here assume that having civil rights is an inherent aspect of the universe. It's not.

This smart realization is not anti-gun. It's the starting point to understanding why we NEED guns in civilian hands. Because our guns and the willingness to use them in the final extreme, are what stand between what we have now, and fascism and death camps.

Now you need to apologize to Knight for not being smart enough to see that he was perfectly correct, and being rude enough to run with your ignorance. Or you may find yourself in the Internet equivalent of your namesake's final resting place.

This is false. Rights exist and are extended by the type of society created by man.

We are not born with rights, we are taught rights.

Because these Rights were created by a free man, those Rights can be taken away by the same free men.

This has been the grand experiment since the Colonies won their independence from the monarchy.

Open to interpretation...some say God given Rights...Vs. rights bestowed upon man by those who have the religious authority to say so..Vs. those who understand Natural Law and the basis behind it and how man is able to use the same rationale. Joshua Prince wrote a paper with this regard. I would post it...but don't have permission to do so.
