Re: Carrying while voting
I will be open carrying in my pro 2A shirt and I will be wearing an orange sticker for redundancy.

Re: Carrying while voting
The sheriff has no authority at the polls UNLESS he is called there by an authorized official from said polling place, the same goes for the police. The local Constable can hang out at the polling place as long as he/she feels like it, that is part of their official job description, maintaining law and order at the polling place. If the folks that are open carrying and NOT voting are 200 feet from the entrance of said polling place NO ONE can legally do any thing about it.
We the people love our country so let the government fear us.

Re: Carrying while voting
If no one knows, hard to get in trouble when concealed. If it needs to come out, there's a damn good reason for it and I'll accept whatever consequences there are for that after the fact. Given how tense everything is right now in the world, I personally would not open carry.

Re: Carrying while voting
We've been under a state of [fake] emergency since January, 2018 for the "opioid and heroin addiction crisis". Unless you pay close attention to Wolf's antigun agenda or belong to a forum like this, you might never know that open carry has become a "privilege" for those with a LTCF since then, and could face dire consequences if caught open carrying without a LTCF thinking you were exercising your right as protected by the PA UFA.
You are a straight white man. You don't get to be the victim, sweetie.

Wasn’t the opioid SOE clarified under pressure, specifically excluding the OC LTCF restriction?

Re: Carrying while voting
Anyone know the law/rules on the parasites standing in doorways handing out sample ballots and how far away from the polls they have to be?
