    Default Ruger 10/22 to .17 Mach 2

Has anyone on here ever swapped their 10/22 to fire 17 mach 2. I seen some barrels to do this was just wondering if it worked out for you? I just found 3k rounds of mach 2 in my stash that I forgot about. I sold my savage years ago. Was looking for another Savage but no luck.

Apparently you must increase the weight of the bolt to obtain needed timing. Also, once you run out of ammo, it may become somewhat obsolete, according to this:

There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.
