Ruger 556 pistol
Question: I own a Ruger 556 pistol. Is it covered by my carry permit and therefore able to be transported in my vehicle while loaded legally in PA?

Re: Ruger 556 pistol
if you read the carry rules as much as where to post guidelines in the forum- don't.

Re: Ruger 556 pistol
If it is a pistol(designed to be held and fired with one hand) and the barrel is under 15" OR the overall length is less than 26" - your LTCF covers it, thus you can transport it loaded.

Re: Ruger 556 pistol
The Ruger pistols have a 10.5" barrel, so yes you can carry it loaded in a vehicle in PA with your LTCF.
