    Clear fingernail polish works well. Make sure the surfaces are clean.

    Re-contact the company tech and ask what if anything they lock it with. If they use nothing and the condition is relatively rare, the threads in the sight's blind hole may be faulty. Replacing the screw into faulty female threads will remain a losing battle.

    I re- did the loctite after degreasing the threads, and my wife shot over 100 rounds of my reloads and 124 gr +p Speer GDHP's today. The sight is still tight. Success. Thanks.

    Purple loctite is the proper product for this type of application. Just ask the Google.

    I think red Loctite is the strongest. I may be wrong.
