I've purchased twice from Armslist since they instituted the fees. Both times have been stores and they put contact info in the listing.
Lots of people only accepting Zelle or other apps that remove all recourse to recover lost funds.

Both times I purchased there it was still cheaper to buy, ship, and transfer then it was to buy at a local shop. If I could even find the inventory.

I've always had good luck selling through Armslist, but I do not do anything requiring shipping a firearm. I still look through it from time to time. I was just on there and there are clearly a lot less posts on there. I'm guessing it's just a matter of time before it closes for good.

I sold three pistols fairly quickly and easily on Armslist. I even sold a Bersa Thunder for 30 bucks more than asked to a guy in Kentucky, and I said local only.
He paid the 40 bucks to ship it through my FFL. I won't pay to use it though.
