Governor Wolf has renewed the state of emergency Declaration 11 times. Couldn*t he be working with the legislative branch to pass new laws or provide funding for those in need? WTF Wolf.
Does this mean that adults 21 and older are also permitted from carrying a firearm on public streets or public property If they do not have a LTCFA?

    Fixed that for you.

Correct. During a state of emergency, the law reads that you must have a LTCF to carry concealed or openly.

Well, if they did that, there would have to be a competitive bidding process.

Unlike say, hypothetically: buying narcan at a grossly inflated price, from a major campaign donor.
