Currently in PA, ballots with no post mark and an incorrect signature can be counted up to three days after election day. If you can't see the potential problem there, you probably don't want to.

ETA: The article above claims they must be postmarked by election day, but that is incorrect. They actually must only NOT be postmarked after election day. Ballots with no post mark are still valid.

Yes, I agree. Didn’t say it’s perfect, no system is. While I see the potential for fraud, I don’t see the ACTUAL fraud. Has any county’s election board complained about wide spread fraud ??? Anyone been arrested for voter fraud ??? If it is exist, let me see it so I can denounce it. As stated earlier, this argument Of fraud is claimed by Democrats too.
    Don’t like me ???? Tough, I don’t give a flying f@@k about ya.

All it takes is 1 ballot sent in your name to an old address and no voting for you.

Many times. Even a 5th grader knows the legislature makes these rules, not a governor or a court. John Roberts is as deep State as Mueller, Clinton and Obama. Really disgusting to see, although this was 100% predictable.

This is precisely why it's vital to get Justice Amy Coney Barrett into her office by the election.

    Thursday hopefully.

We need to get Barrett on the Supreme Court, because Pennsylvania is going to be the next Florida with what happened in the 2000 election.

What we NEED is a constitutional amendment that requires proof of citizenship in order to vote in person.
If you can't make the time to vote in person on election day, you shouldn't be voting.

As a pilot who flies all over the country, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean etc I can*t count on being home on Election Day. This year I am working October 30-November 5. So I shouldn*t be able to vote?

If you have a valid reason why you can*t vote in person, like work or illness etc you should be able to vote absentee, otherwise vote in person.

If you can stand in line at Wal Mart, HD, grocery store etc you can vote in person.

You should have to prove your identity/citizenship when voting.

Actually he is is correct. I researched this yesterday and was quite surprised that, not by much, but Republicans do vote by mail more than Democrats. At least in other swing states. What concerns me more is "no post mark". Someone could dump a crapload of ballots and then move on.
